Our Founder and Chief Executive Officer, DeAdrian Maddox has more than 20 years of human resource experience with an MBA from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in business from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Professional and personal excellence is a way of life that she demonstrates when serving on boards or volunteering in the community. She is passionate about giving back.
As a mother, wife, and servant leader, she realizes that people are the key to success.
