Our Founder and Chief Executive Officer, DeAdrian "Dee" Maddox, has over 20 years of human resources experience and holds an MBA from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She demonstrates professional and personal excellence through her board service and community volunteering. She is passionate about giving back.
